The health and safety of our clients and caregivers  are a top priority and our thoughts are with those impacted by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. Since it first surfaced, our teams have been monitoring the situation closely and taking every precaution to keep our clients and caregivers safe.   

• Our offices are cleaned daily and we recently increased the frequency of cleaning throughout the day.  

•We're encouraging all caregivers and employees to take common-sense health precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), such as frequent hand washing or using alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60 percent alcohol to stay healthy.   

•While we appreciate the dedication of our Associates, we are reminding them to stay home if they are sick.  

• We have expanded our work from home options to provide associates additional flexibility if they are feeling unwell and support if they become affected by the virus.   

With the outbreak of the coronavirus disease, it is important that all sections of our society – including our caregivers and clients – play a role if we are to stop the spread of this disease.

Most people who become infected experience mild illness and recover, but it can be more severe for others. Take care of your health and protect others by doing the following:

• Wash your hands frequently

• Maintain social distancing

• Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth

• Practice respiratory hygiene (cover your mouth and nose when you sneeze and dispose of tissue)

• If you have a fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early

• Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider • If COVID-19 starts spreading in your community, anyone with even a mild cough or low-grade fever (37.3 C or more) needs to stay at home.
